GRI 102- Starting your Business

The GRI 100 series (101, 102, and 103) is a "nuts and bolts" approach to transaction making, professional standards, legal aspects of contracts, identifying and understanding legal issues, financing alternatives, and fair housing and diversity. GRI 101, 102 and 103 fulfill the 45 hours Post Licensing credit.GRI 102 - Starting Your Business is a 2-day course that covers contracts, goal setting and business planning. This class qualifies for 15 hours of Sales Associate Post Licensing credit, or 11 hours of continuing education specialty credit.In order to receive the GRI Designation, you must successfully complete all 7 modules: GRI 101, 102, 103, 201, 202, 301 and 302.
