After working in every role from assistant, to team member, to team lead, right on through to independent Realtor, Jennifer attained her broker’s license in 2018, opening the doors to Rose Tree Realty, her boutique residential brokerage in early 2019. With designations and certifications focused on Seller and Buyer representation, staging, military relocation, and first time homeownership, helping people find their way to their new home with a personal and empathetic touch is how Jennifer has always approached business, as a realtor and a leader.
