Understanding the Condo Review Process (3 CE)

Description

First, the Realtor will become more skillful at assessing their client’s needs when it comes to condo purchases. Second, the Realtor will become more skillful at identifying potential hurdles that may result during the lenders condo approval process, prior to them taking place. Third, the Realtor will be more versed in selecting condo properties to show; as a result of understanding that some condos can be financed, and some can’t. Fourth, the Realtor will be able to illustrate their skill in the Florida condo market. We want the client to say, “we are glad we chose he/she, they really know everything there is to know about condos” Fifth, the Realtor will be more efficient at time management. Sixth, the Realtor will be able to set the correct expectations for their clients when the transaction is contingent upon a lender condo review process. Instructor: Marc Creech
