GRI 103: Maximize Your Profitability is designed for REALTORS® who want to sharpen the business, financial, negotiation, counseling, and legal-risk skills that directly impact their day-to-day success.
This module takes a practical look at financing, helping participants better understand current market conditions, affordability challenges, and the financial factors that shape buyer and seller decisions. The negotiation and counseling portion focuses on how to guide consumers with confidence, communicate value, manage expectations, and work toward outcomes where all parties feel heard and respected. The law portion helps identify legal “red flags,” including situations that may cross into the unlicensed practice of law, so REALTORS® can better protect their customers, their transactions, and their business.
GRI is more than continuing education. The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation is recognized nationwide as a mark of advanced professional training and commitment to a higher level of client service. Florida Realtors describes GRI as the “gold standard” for real estate educational achievement, and notes that REALTORS® with the GRI designation earn $30,000 more per year on average than those without it, according to NAR.
GRI 103 is a 15-hour course with a 1.5-hour exam and is approved for 8 hours of CE Specialty Credit + 3 hours of Core Law Credit OR 15 hours of Sales Associate Post-Licensing Credit.
