Join us on Thursday, August 13 from 2:00–5:00 PM as we officially launch the Coconut Coast Organization of REALTORS® and celebrate the next chapter of your association.
This isn’t just a name transition. It’s a renewed commitment to creating more opportunities, stronger connections, and greater value for our members.
From 2:00–3:00 PM, members can attend our Member Benefit & Tool Showcase, featuring participating vendor and tool partners including TrustedOnly and Realtor.com+. Each participating partner will share a brief overview of how their product or service brings value to members. Vendors will also have tables available so members can stop by, ask questions, see demos, and learn more.
Members will also have the opportunity to explore our Silent Art Auction, with proceeds benefiting the Gulf Coast Humane Society. Auction items are available for bidding leading up to the event, and winning pieces will be sent home with the winning bidders on event day. Auction pieces are currently on display at the CCOR office during regular office hours.
From 3:00–5:00 PM, the celebration continues with live music sponsored by Sugar Shack Sessions, food, networking, free t-shirt giveaways while supplies last, committee signups, member benefit highlights, and a display of our newly wrapped trucks.
At 4:00 PM, we’ll gather for our official ribbon cutting ceremony and time capsule burial as we honor our history and look ahead to the future of CCOR.

The Supra eKEY® app allows authorized real estate professionals to use their phones to open electronic lockboxes. Depending on the service available through the association, agents can also manage lockboxes, adjust access settings and hours, review showing details, receive showing notifications, and access useful property information from the app.

Meet Stephanie from ListHub and learn how listing syndication helps brokers advertise their listings across selected real estate websites and other publisher destinations.
ListHub connects directly with MLS listing data, normalizes that information to industry standards, and distributes it to destinations selected by the listing broker. Its tools give brokers control over where their listings are advertised, while reporting can provide insight into listing searches, views, and consumer inquiries. Agent access to reporting and lead settings may depend on permissions established by the broker.

Silent Art Auction
We’re also hosting a Silent Art Auction as part of the celebration. Members can view and bid on available pieces leading up to the event, with proceeds benefiting the Gulf Coast Humane Society. Auction items are currently on display at the CCOR office, and final winning pieces will be sent home with winning bidders on event day. The auction page also notes that items may be viewed at the office Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM.
