About

Kim has been in the residential closing arena for over 25 years.  After finishing her B.A., she began working in closings as a real estate paralegal for bank attorneys in New York before moving to Florida in 2005, where she joined the title industry.  Kim has worked in every facet of closings from order entry through processing through closing as well as post-closing and the issuance of title policies.  She is a licensed title agent and worked in operations until 2015 when she transitioned into sales and marketing.  She found in meeting others and nurturing relationships, she gained a tremendous amount of fulfillment and takes each relationship and the transactions that come with them very personally.  Inherently a caretaker, Kim goes above and beyond to ensure your file is handled seamlessly and both you and your clients have an exceptional closing experience.  She is fiercely passionate about superior customer service as she knows your reputation is also on the line when working with a title company.  

When she isn’t working, Kim enjoys acting, karaoke, dancing and spending time with her 19 year old twin sons.
