Dwelling Check LLC is co-owned by Jerry Jason Kersey and Bridget Kersey, and was established in 2018. Jason’s prior background includes 25+ years in residential construction and remodeling. He is member in good standing of InterNACHI and has achieved that organization’s Certified Professional Inspector credential. Bridget’s prior background is executive administration with global consumer goods corporation.
Jason and Bridget live in Fort Myers, Florida full time, are members of Saint John XXIII Parish and Jason is member of Knights of Columbus Council 13624. Prior to relocating to Florida, Jason served his community for 29 years as a Volunteer Firefighter.
Dwelling Check Home Inspections is a full-service provider of pre-listing, buyer, insurance and ancillary inspections. Jason Kersey also is qualified as an FHA 203(k) Consultant which allows lenders to utilize his services when processing mortgage loan applications under 203(k) program.
