New Realtors® are required by NAR to attend an Orientation class and Code of Ethics training within 90 days of joining. (Realtors® transferring to our Board from another board will be audited in NRDS to determine if Orientation or Code of Ethics are required*).

Orientation and Code of Ethics training are held at the B.E.R. office. If you are a Secondary Member or have transferred your membership, we will have confirmed that you have taken your required Orientation and Code of Ethics at your primary Board.

You may take COE online or at the board on the first Thursday monthly.
