Application Process

From the moment of application submission, the application can take up to 48 hours to complete (not including weekends or holidays).  If an application is submitted Monday, you can expect to be fully set-up by Wednesday.  If the application is submitted Friday, you can expect it by the following Tuesday if all criteria's are met bellow:

Your license status shows active and current on the DBPR

Your license if under the correct office on the DBPR

The office you have joined is apart of our Membership/MLS

  • From here, if you have yet to process your invoice you will be emailed/called regarding the open balance to process the membership payment.  If you have already processed your invoice through the online application move onto the next step.
  • Next, once the application is fully completed and the payment is processed.  You will be sent a Welcome Letter that includes your MLS information and your NRDS ID.  Along with the Welcome Letter, you will be sent a link to create your membership portal account. The membership portal is where you will be able to update your information to show on the MLS, where you will be able to look at and register for our upcoming Events/Classes and where you will be able to process future membership payments.

SUPRA eKey

  • To set up your SUPRA account - please download the SUPRA eKey App on your cell phone

  • From here, Visit our office or Call Katrina (Membership Director for BER) and ask to setup your SUPRA account.  This process requires us to create a new account for you so please allow 10-15 minutes for the process.
  • SUPRA currently costs: $50 One-time activation fee and $18.41 per month.  
  • SUPRA Lockboxes currently cost: $117.50 with tax included.
  • If you are switching Realtor Boards or leaving the area it is your responsibility to call and cancel your SUPRA subscription.

Class Requirements:

 

If You are a Brand New Agent (or Agent who has been inactive for 5 years or more)

You will be required to take:

New Member Orientation

(Within 90 Days of Joining)

Code of Ethics

(Within 90 Days of Joining)

New Member Mandatory Matrix Class

(Within 30 Days of Joining)

MLS Classes and Tips:

License Renewals

  • For first time Real Estate License Holders - You will be required to take 45 Hours of Post-License Credits.  You can do so either by attending a Real Estate school, taking the post licensing online or by completing the GRI 100 series before your renewal date on the DBPR.
  • If you are past your first license renewal - You will be required to take 14 Credit Hours (6 credit hours for Code of Ethics and Core Law and 8 specialty credits - Anything notated "CE")
  • From here, whether your are a first time renewal or beyond you will be responsible for renewing your license with the DBPR.
