GRI 100 Series Oct 1, 2, 5, 6, 15 & 16

Description

The GRI 100 Series will be offered virtually through Zoom Webinar. All class materials will be sent in PDF format via secure Dropbox link that will be 'turned off' at the start time of the exam. The class begins promptly at 8:00 am and will end at 5:00 pm on day one. On day two we will begin at 8:00 am and the class will end at 4:00 pm with an exam immediately to follow. All attendees must successfully complete an online exam on the last day of each two-day session (October 2nd, 6th, & 16th) to receive credit. The exam will be completed online through Van Education. In order to receive the GRI Designation, you must successfully complete all 7 modules: GRI 101, 102, 103, 201, 202, 301, and 302. GRI 301 and GRI 302 qualify for 30 hours Broker post-licensing credit. ATTENDANCE POLICY FREC requires a licensee to attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of the class. Please allow adequate time to log in and troubleshoot any technical issues. This policy is strictly enforced.
